Xylanase

Xylanase digests high molecular weight arabinoxylans in animal feeds & can be used in the treatment of endosperm cell walls of feed grains & vegetable proteins.Addition of xylanase to feed offers solution to many problems associated with arabinoxylans. Xylanase functions throught the gastro-intestinal tract to reduce intestinal viscosity & degrades cereal cell walls. Xylanase–Endo enzyme which specifically catalyse the hydrolytic break down of xylan ( Split Beta-1,4-bonds between xylose molecule). Xylanase used in CHICKASE is very pure & displays high performance when degrading fiber.The enzyme hydrolyses the arabinoxylans & it broken down insoluble cell wall material due to which nutrients are liberated & become available to the animal.The degradation of soluble NSP improves nutrient diffusion in the intestinal tract..
